At least 75% of local evangelical churches across Asia has a monthly tithes & offerings of USD25. This makes them very dependent on outside support (locally or foreign). They lacks vision, all they see is their local church and they have no program/strategy for mission work (local or outside). There is, therefore, an urgent need to empower these churches to enable them fulfil the Great Commission.
